Since May 2018, U-THREAT has been conducting so-called expert interviews with operators and responsible persons of underground public transport systems. In this way, comprehensive information on experiences with threats and events as well as security concepts is queried.

The results of the twelve interviews - eight in Germany and four in France - are initially anonymized and compiled. This is followed by a detailed evaluation with regard to commonalities and differences. The aim is then to develop effective new resilience-enhancing measures on this basis in the following areas: operation, structures and users.

In April 2019, the participants of the expert interviews will be presented the new findings in a workshop and appropriate approaches for measures will be discussed.
